Sylvia Nartey-Tokoli

Sylvia is a finance professional who has gained all her experience in the non-profit sector. Before joining Purposeful, she was a member of the finance team at PEN International, an organisation dedicated to safeguarding the unrestricted exchange of ideas and promoting the importance of literature. Sylvia has collaborated with teams in various countries, including Ghana, Kenya, Mexico, Ukraine, and Spain.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine from Birkbeck, University of London and is currently working towards completing her ACCA qualification.

Her work has fuelled her passion for establishing secure environments and fostering inclusivity for marginalised girls and young women, envisioning a future where they not only find their own voice but also inspire others to embrace their own power and agency.
