Massah is a feminist and girls rights advocate with five years of experience in planning and management, leadership and executive support, creative thinking, problem solving, and communication skills. She holds a BSC in Population and Development Studies, from Fourah Bay College, where she also served as the Minister of Gender and Reconciliation.
Massah has always been passionate about the empowerment of girls and their allies. She has volunteered with several NGOs and CBOs across Sierra Leone. She is a social entrepreneur and award-winning creative writer.
