Kirsty Fuller

Co-Founder and former Co-CEO of Flamingo, Kirsty has over 20 years experience in the industry. She specialises in brand strategy and communications development for the world’s biggest consumer brands and is a CEO of a tech business.
Kirsty is the Co-Founder and former Co-CEO of Flamingo, which grew to be a highly awarded and highly successful insight and strategy agency with offices across Asia, North America and Europe. Flamingo’s employee engagement, retention and cohesion (across 8 offices) were second to none, resulting in excellence in client servicing and delivery.

Kirsty took some time out and studied for a year at VLSE and took a Masters in Health and International Development. She is also involved with women in business, trying to champion an even balance of genders in business which she believes will promote more successful businesses.

Kirsty’s wealth of experience is an asset to Purposeful’s Board of Trustees.
