Hawa O. Brima

Hawa is an expert in designing, managing and implementing impactful field programmes for adolescents and young people in Sierra Leone. She has delivered child protection, education and sexual reproductive health programmes for children and adolescents in urban and rural areas.

Her work as a Partnership Manager provided technical support to GOAL partners in implementing programmes for children and adolescents supported by Irish Aid and the European Union. Working with Restless Development, Hawa implemented sexual, reproductive health and gender programmes for young people in and out of school, which was funded by DFID, Irish Aid and UNDP.

Whilst at Save the Children Sierra Leone, Hawa managed the School Me project in rural areas and she has worked with community and national volunteers to deliver Life Skills sessions to children and young people both in and out of school.
