Francess holds a Diploma in Office Management and Administration from Cambridge International College, UK and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Public Administration and Management, University of Sierra Leone.
Her work history is purely working with international and local Non-Governmental Not-for-Profit Organisations with over fifteen years of which seven years in the Human Resources department. As an HR practitioner, her work has been evolving in identifying talented employees, staff induction/onboarding, preparing HR Quarterly reports/updates, supporting in developing organizational policies, calculating staff severance/end-of-service benefits, supporting with international travel logistics, and also facilitating organisation’s registration renewal certificate.
