Eartha Burke

Eartha has over 20 years’ experience in office, project and administrative management. Eartha worked in a number of roles for the BBC including Schools’ Liaison Coordinator, Project Associate and Project Manager. She was responsible for managing the daily operations and coordination of projects, people and departments. Eartha has a proven track record in administration, procurement and systems management and is also skilled at developing and maintaining high-profile partnerships. In the majority of her roles, she has been responsible for child protection, ensuring compliance throughout the delivery of the organisation’s activities. As Office Manager at Talawa Fostering Services, Eartha managed the recruitment and induction process for both staff and carers as well as overseeing HR processes and systems. Eartha has also managed both staff and organisational development, leading on the Agency’s annual training strategy.
