Binta is a positive, proactive, dynamic and performance oriented driven person with an immense passion for Human Resource and Administrative Management. An articulate, self-motivated problem solver with exceptional leadership skills who enjoys being part of a productive team thriving in girl’s empowerment and radical inclusion of adolescent girls and youths in national development.
She has a B.Sc. (Hon) in Business Administration – First Class, specialising in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM)-University of Sierra Leone (USL).
For the last five years, Binta has worked in the position of an active Human Resources Practitioner at E-Health Africa, an NGO which focuses on building stronger health systems through the design and implementation of data-driven solutions which respond to local need and Total Energies Sierra Leone Limited. She performed various HR functions and administrative tasks and made best use of the Human Resources Software like Bamboo Human Resource, Swipe Clock, EZ Office Inventory and Microsoft Office Suites.
