Amina is a highly respected, dynamic, Certified Change Management Practitioner and Reform expert with over fifteen years professional experience in public sector operations of which, thirteen (13) were as a manager, managing people and diverse complex projects.

Amina holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics, a Master’s degree in Strategic Foresight in Melbourne Australia and is a Mandela Washington Fellow, with a solid record of success in: (i) building effective professional teams and stakeholder partnerships; (ii) implementing government flagship initiatives; (iii) nurturing youths (iv) creating environments for learning and change; (v) Donor Coordination and Operation; (vi) developing and establishing strategic plans and delivering reform program results.

Amina has passion for supporting women and girls. She’s worked with Youths internationally, through the UNESCO’s Global Youth Forum, Orphan Girls at Ihsan Foundation, a Faith based Non-Governmental Organization where she volunteers as Board of Trustee and on a research project exploring the Future of Women in Sierra Leone.
