Operating in Kambia District, the Turay Clan Agricultural Development Organisation (TCADO) works in rural communities to support small scale farmers by providing them with land, giving them access to farming tools, and creating markets for their harvest. TCADO has supported 33 young farmers, expanding their reach from an initial cohort of 15 farmers.
