The Barbados Association of Muslim Ladies (BAML) is a community-based non-profit organisation that promotes the socio-economic and educational development of Muslim women and girls in Barbados. Founded in 2010, BAML is the first and only organisation on the island that responds to the holistic needs and is the voice of Muslim women and girls. Through several programmes and initiatives the group addresses issues of inclusion, gender based violence, access to education and professional development among others.
