Yeiwah has spent the last 7 years working with adolescent girls, LGBTQI youth and women and children. She graduated from Griffith University with a BA in Human Service Work. Prior to that she obtained an Advanced Diploma Degree at Centennial College. She has managed and led girls’ groups and programmes at various organisations. She has expertise in working with young girls to embrace their unique capabilities, exercise their rights to have a voice and build on their capacities through life skills training, sexual health workshops and therapeutic counselling. She continues to take positive strides to change the power paradigm for girls in Sierra Leone.
